All the parts are in their original wrapping and it appears that they have not been removed from the box. This was bought from a collector auction.
My Wife and I have recently retired and have been spending our time scouring Connecticut for interesting and fun items to put on EBAY.  Most items are brand new, and many are Vintage.  Most of the items will be stuff that would be found in a Hobby / Toy store.
