.  This item comes in the original packaging as shown in new condition.  There are two filters and one cap as shown.
This is new old stock from a fluid power distributor.
These items have not been tested and come with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  No return if the item has been hooked up or used.  Return postage is not covered.
