    Ohmite Model U 5 Ohm 1000 Watts  Wirewound Rheostat w/ Stand... Great Condition
    This Ohmite high power (1KW) 5 Ohm rheostat is in very nice condition. It came from the Fort Wayne ITT development lab many years ago. I have used it to provide a high current load while testing DC power supplies.
    It comes with a base which allows for vertical mounting and provides better heat dissipation. Also included are the specifications from Ohmite. These are amazingly expensive and can have long lead times if purchased new.
    Rheostat is 12" in diameter.
    Shipped via UPS Ground. The package weight will be around 18lbs.
