Up for sale here is this set of 20 (twenty) brand new Fairchild C1845 transistors.  These are genuine Fairchild transistors, and are invaluable for vintage electronics restoration.  They are great subs/replacements for a number of vintage transistors that can get noisy over the years.  These will replace the following transistors, among others:
2SC458  2SC693  2SC732
2SC870  2SC871  2SC1000
2SC1222  2SC1312 2SC1313
2SC1328  2SC1344 2SC1345
2SC1400  2SC1708 2SC1735

Many vintage Pioneer, Sansui, Marantz, and other brand receivers and amplifiers will develop faint crackling in one or both channels as a result of small transistors going bad, and these brand new Fairchild C1845s are a great way to fix that.  I personally use these in receiver rebuilds, and go through dozens every week.  Please see my pictures for details.
