F/A-18s flown by the Blue Angels are nearly the same as those used by the Navy and Marine Corps as both fighters and attack platforms. The weapons are removed, a smoke-oil tank is installed, and the control stick spring system is adjusted to offer more precise control. F-18 Blue Angels 80mm EDF has the size, scale details, functional features and performance to provide an unmatched flying experience. An abundance of Extra Scale details, including molded-in panel lines and hatches, removable ordnance and drop tanks, a pilot figure and more, take the realistic appearance to another level. Functional Extra Scale features include LED navigation lights, full-flying stabs and operational flaps, plus retracts and sequenced gear doors. It's also equipped with the most scale-like landing gear of any F-18 EDF model yet, and the shock-absorbing, trailing-link struts are painted white for even more authenticity. There are ten factory-installed metal-geared servos in both versions, and you can install the compatible receiver and an 80mm EDF power system — from another similar class model or using other compatible components — of your choice in the ARF Plus version. Select technologies, along with a V2 12-blade 80mm fan, high-RPM brushless inrunner motor and 100A ESC to deliver fantastic performance with 6S 4000–7000mAh LiPo batteries. This power system also provides better performance and longer flight times than the 6S-compatible power systems used in larger models — plus it offers a turbine-like sound! Constructed of durable, fully-molded EPO material, no glue is required for assembly and it can be ready to fly in less time than other similar class models.
ARF Plus Completion Level
This Almost-Ready-To-Fly (ARF) Plus version comes out of the box with factory-installed servos that are ready to connect to the compatible receiver of your choice, for use with the transmitter and battery you provide (sold separately). You can also install the power system of your choice, either from another similar class model, or using other compatible components (all sold separately).

The ARF Plus version is ready for you to install the power system of your choice (sold separately). You can easily install a directly compatible 80mm V1 or V2 fan unit, motor and ESC from other E-flite

or FMS models without the need for any modifications, or you can potentially install other suitable power systems too.

Returns
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The mounting of engines and accessories, running fuel through engines, cutting or pushing out the balsa sheets in kits, and other similar actions constitutes used merchandise. Radios must be returned with unmounted servos and switch harness.
Flammable or combustible materials or products (regardless of whether the item is open or unopened) such as: Nitro engines (if fuel has entered the engine), Nitro fuel, Unopened as well as opened, charged and / or used Lithium Ion / Polymer (LiPo) batteries and other Lithium-based batteries. Any type of opened, charged and / or used battery including LiPo, Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH), Nickel-Cadmium (NiCd), other Nickel-based batteries and / or Alkaline-based batteries. Sealed Lead Acid batteries. Paints, thinners, certain glues or cements/pastes. Aerosols or compressed gas canisters. Rockets, kits containing rockets with or without igniters, igniters, hobby fuel (both quart or gallon).
When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage to products and their boxes and/or packages. ARF kits are specially packaged to insure safe shipping of all contents. In order to receive credit for a returned ARF, the contents must be returned in the original plastic covers and arranged in a manner that will not damage the contents or packaging.
Please contact us for a return authorization number by opening a return case on Ebay. Freight charges will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for insured shipping back to our shop.
