16 gauge Galvanneal Steel  ( the sheet steel is made with a zinc finish on it )
CNC Laser cut and CNC bends
Keyways for the power and standby switch holes
SPOT WELDED on all corners, 8 welds total
Exact vintage measurements  14.5 Length x  4 1/8" Tall x 2 5/8"  Deep
Octal holes are 1 3/16" to accommodate Belton sockets and Ceramic sockets
Standard 3/4" preamp holes
Power transformer mounting:  2 1/4"  x  2 13/16"   center to center bolt holes ( stock Tweed Deluxe )
Output transformer mounting:  3 1/8" center to center bolt holes
These are my popular, very sturdy, 100% USA made chassis,  beware of the chinese that have copied my listing descriptions to try to make their phony items seem legit,  don't get stuck with inferior chassis products.
As with any chassis or amp project build,  you may need to drill here or there for circuit boards, grounds, or upgraded transformers.  The 16 gauge steel is easy to drill with standard bits.  However,  no returns on a modified chassis.
