This is brand new canopy tent gazebo which is perfect for any outdoor occasion.
Reinforced frame tent is made of steel so the whole structure is resistant to wind. All the parts of the frame are securely fixed to each other and allow firmly fix the tent on any terrain. An awning made of cloth impregnated with a special water-repellent agent. The top cover also features a double roof design for air circulation. The steel frame of the gazebo is durable and comes with adjustable netting to enclose the gazebo for added shade or nighttime protection from the elements. I provide fast, free shipping. Most items are shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. I ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States to your Paypal address only. I do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APOs. For select items, I ship internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Program. IF YOU ARE BUYING TO SHIP TO PUERTO RICO, PLEASE CONFIRM WITH ME FIRST. I do ship most of our smaller items internationally using eBays Global Shipping Program. If ordering electrical items outside of the U.S., please note that they will come equipped with a standard U.S. voltage plugs. You will need a suitable adapter to use the item in your country. Certain restrictions apply.
RETURN
All returns require a RMA number.  Please contact me with your order number and the reason for the return before returning the item.
Within 30 days of sale of the products you purchased from my store, you may return any item in new condition, with its original packaging and any accessories for a full product refund.
You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items.
Restocking & Return Fees:
Orders are refunded in full unless excluded in the situations below.
I reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% or deny the return in these situations:
Items returned damaged or not in original condition unless otherwise notified at time of receipt.
Items returned with missing pieces.

Replacement
Replacements are shipped within 1-2 business day of receiving the return.
For damaged items, I can ship out the replacement once I confirm the carrier has picked up the package.
For lost items, replacements can only be processed after the carrier has completed the lost package investigation.
Note:
1. Please be sure to verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address I will ship to.
2. Im not responsible for any return shipping cost in case that you don't like the item after you buy it or you place a wrong order.
I am sorry, but I do not honor product exchange requests. If you need to exchange an item received, you will need to go through the normal returns process identified in our returns section and then order the correct item, if it is still available. Orders are processed immediately and dispatched to fulfillment as soon as they are received. For this reason, I am typically unable to honor cancellation requests. If you need to cancel the transaction, please contact me as soon as possible and I will attempt to cancel the order. If the order has gone too far through the fulfillment process, I will be unable to cancel. In that event, you would need to wait until you receive the item and go through the normal returns process as mentioned in the returns section of our policies.
